Our price list is displayed as below in compliance with the SRA Price Transparency Rule. This is to enable our clients to make informed decisions regarding our prices for our different services in the legal market.
Kindly take note that these prices may increase depending on your instructions and/or the outcome of carrying out your instructions in your matter. Should there be such increase in the price of carrying out your instructions, we will advise you accordingly.
Immigration and Nationality Law Matters
Key Stages and Chargeable Prices:
Initial Consultations for 1 hour - £140.00:​

Home Office Application for Leave to Remain - £2,000.00: ​

The services here includes taking your instructions, advising you, completing the Home Office application form, uploading the required documents, writing a covering letter and to be in conduct of the matter until decision is made. ​​
Appeals against Home Office Refusal - £2,500.00:

This includes completion of Appeal Form, advising you, drafting the grounds of appeal, compiling of the Hearing Bundles communicating with the Immigration Tribunal and Respondent until the appeal is decided. ​​
Reconsiderations of Home Office Refusals - £750.00:

This includes requesting the Home Office to reconsider their decision to refuse your application and giving reasons under the law. ​​
Home Office Application for Indefinite Leave - £2,500.00:

This includes completing the relevant Home Office application form, evidencing the relevant documents, writing a covering letter and uploading your relevant documents, being in conduct until decision is made.
Leave to Remain under 20 Years Rule - £3,000.00:

This includes completing Home Office application under the 20 years rule, compiling the document for each year for the relevant 20 years, uploading the documents to the Home Office Portal, writing covering letter and being in conduct until decided.
Transfer of Condition of Leave to Remain - £350.00:

This including applying to the Home Office for the relevant permit to be transferred to a Biometric Card.
Applications for Naturalisation- £1,500.00:

This includes completing Home Office application Form for Naturalisation, compiling the relevant document, writing a covering letter and uploading the documents to the Home Office Portal and to be in conduct until decision is made.
Entry Clearance Application for Visitors - £1,000.00:

This includes completion of application form for the visitor, advising on the necessary steps to take in compliance with the requirements of the application.
Other Entry Clearance Applications - £1,500.00:

This includes completing application form for entry clearance for clients who want to join their family members in the UK, uploading the required document for them or advising them what to do and being in conduct until decision is made.
Application for EU Pre-Settled Status - £1500.00:

This includes advice, completion of the relevant application form, writing a covering letter, uploading the relevant documents to the Home Office Portal and being in conduct of the matter until decided.
Application for EU Settled Status - £2000.00:

This includes advice, completing the relevant application form, compiling the relevant documents, writing a covering letter, uploading the relevant documents to the Home Office Portal and remaining in conduct until the application is decided.
Disbursements

These are expenses/costs that are incurred in your Immigration matter which do not form part of our own legal cost and are born by clients. These expenses/costs are made on behalf of a client to a third party. It commonly includes Counsel Fees, fees for medical or other experts in preparing reports and carrying out your instructions, agent’s fees, process-server’s fees, Court fees, costs draftsmen’s fees and company searches. All disbursements are payable by clients as charged by the relevant third.
Value Added Tax (VAT) Commonly Paid at 20% in the UK

Our Firm at present is not registered for VAT and therefore do not charge VAT on our services.
Key Stages/Timescales in all Immigration Matters:

It is not possible to determine the Home Office and or Immigration Tribunal Services timescales to determine applications and or to conclude any appeal. We anticipate that it will take about 6 to 12 months for applications or appeal to be concluded. However, where this timescale is not possible, we will inform you of any further development.
Employment Law Matters
Key Stages and Chargeable Prices:

Completing and Filing of Form ET1 - £1,500.00:

This includes completing the Claim Form with the relevant information supplied by our client, drafting the grounds of complaint and filing it with the Employment Tribunal Services.
Completing and Filing of Form ET2 - £1,500.00: ​​

This includes completing the Response Form with the relevant information supplied by the Employer, drafting the grounds of resistance to the claim and filing it with the Employment Tribunal Services in response. ​​
Preliminary Hearing for Case Management - £1,500.00:

The work here includes preparing for the hearing, drafting Schedule of Loss and attending or briefing a Counsel for the hearing of the Case Management.
Preparation and Hearing – From £2,500.00:

This includes help in preparing for the hearing, complying with the Employment Tribunal directions in the Case management, drafting witness statements, briefing Counsel depending on the number of days for the hearing.

This includes completing the Divorce Petition form, filing it with the Court excluding the Court fee. ​​
Financial Dispute Resolution (FDR) from - £3,500.00:

This includes filing application or responding to application for FDR from the other party, complying with the Court directions up to the hearing date. Prise varies according to what the partied must resolve and the issues surrounding it. ​​
Child Arrangement Order - £2,500.00:

The includes advice, completing and filing application for Child Arrangement Order and being in conduct of the matter till the second Court hearing in the matter.
Non-Molestation/Occupation Order - £1,500.00:

This includes advice, drafting and filing the application with the necessary documents up till first Court hearing and depending on the matter.

Housing / Landlord and Tenant Law Matters
Key Stages and Chargeable Prices:
Section 21 and Section 8 Notice or Defence - £500.00:​

This includes drafting and serving the notice to the Landlord’s tenant at the price of - £500.00.
Application under Section 21 and or Section 8 Notice - £1,500.00:

Should the tenant fail to give vacant possession as per the notice, our services here will include advice, drafting and filing application for repossession of the property to the Court up to the first Court appointment or hearing.
Housing Disrepairs Matter - £2,500.00:​​

This includes taking instructions, giving advice, drafting and serving the Landlord with the first letter, responding to response and filing the matter in the Court should the Landlord fails to remedy the disrepair and being in conduct up to first Court hearing.​​

All Consultations are billed at £140.00/hour
The Principal, Mr A. Nwaike’s hourly fees is £282.00/hour
OUR COMPLAINTS HANDLING PROCEDURE
We are confident of providing a high-quality service in all aspects of our service. If, however, you have any queries or concern about our work for you, please raise them in the first instance with the solicitor in conduct of your matter. If that does not resolve the problem to your satisfaction or you would prefer not to speak to him/her, then you may raise your concerns with Mr Athenatius Nwaike who is ultimately responsible for client care. He will ensure that your complaint would be dealt with promptly and fairly, with decisions based on a sufficient investigation of your circumstances. Copy of the firm’s complaint’s procedure is available on request.
If at that stage you are still not satisfied, you can then contact the Legal Ombudsman regarding your complaint via their email address which is legalombudsman.org.uk or their helpline telephone number 03005550333. The Legal Ombudsman address is: Legal Ombudsman, PO Box 6167, Slough, SL1 0EH.
Please take note that a complaint to the Legal Ombudsman must be made:
• Within six months of receiving our final response to your complaint; and
• No more than one year from the date of the act or omission being complained about; or
• No more than one year from the date when you should reasonably have known that there was cause for complaint.
